Ingredients: Dried Apple, Hibiscus Flowers, Lemon Peel, Ginger Root, Cinnamon, Chamomile, Stevia & Rose Hips.

Instructions: 1. Adds 1 tea bag to 8 oz. of water.

                     2. Let steep for 5 minutes.

                     3. Sweeten if desired.
